We hope you love what you ordered — but if not, we’re here to make it right. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

It must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Package Condition
Returned items must be:

Packed securely in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

Complete — no missing items, accessories, or promotional materials.
We do not accept returns of:

Worn, washed, or damaged products.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Incomplete packages (e.g., missing pieces, sets, or bundled items).

Final sale items or gift cards.
Return Process

Email us at vidasindescanso@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
